Before placing your order, please inform us if a person in your part has a food allergy or intolerance.

Please Note: Some of our dishes may contain GM oil.

Payment 
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. In the event of Hotbitez Pizzeria needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit you within 7 – 10 working days.

Ordering & Cancellation of orders 
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. 10% off applies to orders over £10 and any offers or delivery charge. This will be applied automatically on Order confirmation page. Once your order has been confirmed it can not be amended or cancelled.

Discounts
10% Discount applies to orders over £10 only. Please note this discount does not include the delivery charge. Please Note: The 10% discount does not apply where meal deals or collection only have been added to the order.

Products 
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Hotbitez Pizzeria store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Desserts, Ice Cream and Ham sold by Hotbitez Pizzeria may contain nut derivatives.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.

Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the checkout if your order is below the minimum value. Drinks and desserts are only delivered with a pizza or meal deal.

Delivery Charges
We reserve the right to charge more than the delivery charge quoted on the website if you live more than 3 miles from our shop. For the benefit of doubt the distance provided on Google Maps from your home post code to our shop post code is final.

Delivery times 
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.

Feedback
Any feedback you leave will be visible to others. You agree that the name you have used when registering will be used when leaving feedback. If you would live to leave feedback but would like your surname removed from the feedback screen please email webmaster@Hotbitez.co.uk and request this. Please include your email address you have used to register on our system.
Please be aware the management reserves the right to remove any offensive feedback or inappropriate feedback.

Latest Order Time
Please be aware we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
